I had no idea this place was back!

I used to haunt to old forum, though admittedly didn't post much. I just happened to type in google, doing a bit of nostalgia hunting, I guess, and I find this place had been back up and running for more than a whole year! Hopefully I can be a bit more active this time. New name, new attitude? Maybe?



I write mostly short stories and 'flash fiction' at the minute but I want to eventually write novels and I'm thinking of expanding into non-fiction and other forms of creative writing including fanfiction. A little bit of everything basically, that's my style. I don't care what I'm writing, as long as I'm writing. I know I'm a bit ambitious but I've found sticking to a niche, as the advice suggests, actually drains me more of my creativity than just letting myself make the choice when I sit down.





My ultimate life goal is to write at least one series in every broad genre but my main at the minute is fantasy, because that's what I grew up reading, (and being disappointed by). And as my English teacher used to say, if you can't find what you want to read, write it.
