Rhetorical Devices Thread

I don't know if too many people want to do this, since rhetorical devices do not abound in most fiction as far as I know. But since for more literary writing, whether fiction or non-fiction, rhetorical devices do abound, I thought I would make a thread where people can list as many rhetorical devices as they feel like, providing definitions and examples. If collectively, those who do so list all of them, this will be a convenient place for people to find all the rhetorical devices, as it is hard to find all of them listed in one place on the Internet or in any one book.
Maybe, if anyone knows a site or a book that lists all of them, they can post a link here. I found a multitude of rhetorical devices listed on one site but I did not like it because I had to click on a link for each one just to get a definition and an example.
I just want to say that I barely write anything the majority of the time, but I've also not been doing much else either, not even praying regularly, as I have not had the mental endurance. I think the cause is a nutrient deficiency, which I am working to correct. Basically, I was only eating complex carbs once a day. Since I've not been writing, it almost seems like I am posting this in vain, as least with regards to myself. But, if I could simply feel more energized and able to persevere, I could probably solve problems like writer's block, and write more.
I've been struggling to write without editing, because I always want to write in a poetic style, and always worry that I won't be able to edit my rough draft into poetic language, especially if I choose the wrong topic, such as a technical one, which is one reason I have so much trouble selecting a topic most of the time.
