Not sure if this post is at the right place, but I recently got into this Substack (I'll take things I got sick of hearing in 2021 for $200, Alex ) by Nina Schuyler called Stunning Sentences.
Each post features one sentence that she likes. She then analyses what makes that sentence interesting, using it as a jumping-board to discuss the various tactics and devices we can use to make our writing more stylish. So, for example, this post discusses how to use repetition in writing, while a more recent entry has some tips on writing long sentences.

Oh awesome! I highlight a lot of sentences I love when reading with my kindle so I can go back later and study them. This is great!
