Hey, all. Fractured Lit has opened a new contest that will run until April 19. The topic this time--Myths, Legends, & Allegories--is a little more geared toward many of our writers here at LF, so I figured I better share, in case anyone else wants to give it a go with me.

There is a contest fee, like most contests out there, and that fee pays for TWO flash entries, not just one.

I'm already zoning in on legends I want to explore, and getting excited to write during LF's contest downtime. Wanna join me?

I'll think about it! Looks interesting. They said they would also like to see ghost stories and I might focus on that aspect. Something heartbreaking, I think, since they also said they want "stories that scare as much as they resonate, stories that help us discover the roots of desire and conflict."

I'm gonna let this sit in the back of my brain for a bit and see what comes up. Not adding any pressure to myself, if I manage to think or something- great, if not, no worries.
